PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Bulgari Hotel project is a 10-storey luxury hotel in London with a six-level basement. GeoEnergy Design delivered the RIBA Stage 4 technical design for the ground source heat pump (GSHP) system that integrates geothermal energy piles and energy walls to provide efficient, low-carbon heating and cooling.
PROJECT DELIVERABLES
GeoEnergy Design delivered the RIBA Stage 4 technical design for the ground source heat pump system, including the design of the heating and cooling plant, integration of geothermal energy piles and energy walls, and support for thermal conductivity testing. The project also included system performance monitoring and optimisation strategies, delivering a renewable energy solution that met planning requirements while improving overall efficiency and reducing carbon emissions.
